Introduction
Sefton Park is a CQC registered Rehab, with an Outstanding Rating. We are situated in a Grade 2 listed building in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare. We provide a Therapeutic Programme for individuals who are seeking an alternative to the 12-step model.
We welcome referrals from statutory funding bodies and self-funded individuals. Each referral will be treated with the upmost professionalism and sensitivity.
We believe your treatment journey with us begins at point of referral.
We are a Trauma-Led service and work within a Person-Centred Programme with a large Cognitive Behavioural component.

Our team of highly experienced Counsellors will support you through your treatment. Our EMDR Therapist will support individuals who require an additional intervention with maladaptive trauma. We provide a range of Alternative Therapies, art, meditation, rural pursuits, auricular acupuncture. Our Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer attend the centre regularly. Our Mental Health Nurses will support Clients Mental Health Wellbeing. Our General Nurses and GP service will support with all Physical Health needs.
